Harvest: manual, beginning of September.

Winemaking: grapes are separated from the beginning through light pressing and the fermentation of must occurs in stainless steel vats at the controlled temperature of 61/63 ° F (16/17° C) Refinement on yeast, again in stainless steel vats, lasts for two months.

The obtained frizzante has a perfect tone, which is the secret of its heady fruity and flowery fragrance. Charmat process.

Characteristics: pleasantly aromatic, clean and yet light in flavour.

Ideal With: any occasion, in particular a friendly conversation to be concluded with a lunch.

Best served at: 48-50° F (9-10 ° C)
