Soil: sandy, clayey.

Harvest: manual, end of September.

Winemaking: the fermentation occurs using selected yeasts at the temperature of 65 ° F (18 ° C)with maceration of ripe and destemmed grapes within 3 to 4 days. Refinement on yeast, in stainless steel vats, lasts for three months.

Maturation: in steel barrels.

Colour: yellow-straw with golden reflections.

Aroma: heady fragrance and muscat aroma.

Taste: agreeable, warm with traditional muscat taste.

Ideal with: pastries and desserts.

Best served at: 50 - 54° F (10-12 ° C)

Alcohol content: about 12.50%
