Harvest: manual, end of September.

Winemaking: the fermentation occurs using selected yeasts at the temperature of 61/63 ° F (16/17 ° C) Charmant process with maceration of ripe and destemmed grapes within 3 to 4 days. After this primary fermentation, additional time is required to start the sparkling process, by adding yeast until the wine obtains the desired softness.

Colour: yellow - straw with greenish reflections, delicate and lingering fizz.

Aroma: heady fragrance and muscat aroma.

Taste: delicately sweet, aromatic and soft, leaving a macaroon-like aftertaste.

Ideal with: pastries and desserts.

Best served at: 50 - 54° F (10-12 ° C)

Alcohol content: about 13.00%
